New Pool Complex
Can’t get enough fun by the water? Now in addition to Lake Ossipee, you’ll have the chance to relax by one of our awesome new pools! We’ll have an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, whirlpools, a new bathhouse, a splashpad, and poolside basketball hoops to keep the fun going all season long!
New Pool Cabanas
In addition to our new pools, we’re also getting luxury poolside cabanas! These are perfect for lounging in the shade with comfortable patio furniture, a ceiling fan, and other fun features. Keep an eye on our add-ons page for more information.
New Poolside Food Cart
Getting hungry during your afternoon by the pool? Step right up to our new food cart, right next door! We’ll have plenty of treats to tide you over until dinner time.
New Website
As you can see, our website might look a bit different. That’s because – it’s a brand new design! We listened to our visitors and implemented several new features and design elements that offer more ease while navigating. We hope you enjoy it!
New Newsletter & Communication Efforts

Paving!
So long gravel roads! We’re paving our main road and primary parking lot. Get ready for a smooth cruise through the park!
Upgraded Docks & Moorings
Whether you travel by land or by sea, there’s an upgrade for you. We’re also fully replacing our old docks and moorings across camp with aluminum ones.
New Playground Swings
Put a swing in your step! Now we’ll have even more swings at our playgrounds for everyone to join in!
Upgraded Lazer Tag
Our Lazer Tag course is getting upgraded with new obstacles and new blasters! Our game is being stepped up to a whole new level, and we can’t wait to challenge you to a match.
New Deals
